Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the LeadDiligence website, client portal, sample requests, lead packs, and related B2B lead intelligence services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the LeadDiligence website, portal, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, portal, or services.

2. B2B service only

LeadDiligence is intended for business users and B2B sales, marketing, and market research use cases. It is not intended for consumer credit, employment eligibility, housing eligibility, insurance eligibility, or any other regulated eligibility decision.

3. Services

LeadDiligence may provide researched lead packs, recurring lead feeds, account intelligence, company profiles, public proof links, business contact information, and portal access. Specific deliverables are governed by the package, invoice, proposal, or written agreement accepted by the client.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Use leads only for lawful B2B sales, marketing, and research purposes.
  • Comply with CAN-SPAM, telemarketing, privacy, anti-spam, and other laws that apply to your outreach.
  • Honor opt-out, unsubscribe, suppression, and do-not-contact requests.
  • Do not use the service for harassment, discrimination, fraud, scraping abuse, or unlawful targeting.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense LeadDiligence data unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. No guarantee of sales results

LeadDiligence provides research and data organization. We do not guarantee revenue, meetings booked, reply rates, deliverability, data completeness, or sales outcomes.

6. Data accuracy

Lead data can become outdated. We work to provide useful, source-backed records, but company websites, roles, emails, phone numbers, and public sources may change. Clients should verify critical information before relying on it.

7. Portal accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify LeadDiligence if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Payment and delivery

Pricing, payment terms, lead volumes, and delivery timelines are set out in the applicable quote, invoice, or package page. Custom work may require partial or full payment before delivery.

9. Replacement review

If a package includes replacement review, obvious duplicates, dead websites, invalid records, or bad-fit companies may be reviewed against the agreed target criteria. Replacement review does not cover sales performance or subjective dislike of valid target accounts.

10. Prohibited uses

  • Using the service to make consumer credit, insurance, employment, housing, or eligibility decisions.
  • Using the service for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the portal.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadDiligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
